Taking the step to attend regular counselling takes a lot of courage. It can be unknown territory as you strive for change in your life with unclear expectations. I assist to guide my clients with respect and it is my privilege to accompany those wishing to explore.
I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, it works well in treatment for depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. Person Centred Therapy is a client led process that helps to find answers within. I also use Focusing Oriented Therapy techniques for trauma based counselling.
My commitment is to get involved, offer feedback and draw on my extensive toolkit to help you get where you want to go using a team approach. Therapy doesn't need to be drudgery and together the odd laugh and tear are a normal part of the pathway to life changes.
